beds, mosquito nets, ceiling fans, safety box, private bath and private
porch with seating and hammock space.

Rancho for your use and just a couple of steps further ....
the Beach ... a rarely populated little cove right
before big St Teresa Beach (great surf).

Each cabin rents for 100/120$/night (low/high season)
inc/ Breakfast (for 2) and daily cleaning service.
This luxurious 2 bedroom & 2.5 bath (+ 2 convertible single beds/sleeps total up to 6) is a new and
modern construction, complete with all the amenities you would expect in your home. The location
boosts of great ocean views up to the Cabo Blanco National Park, morning sun, afternoon shade
and endless cool breezes...

... thus the name 'Sun and Shade'. Making for a very cool setting year around.

The house rents for 1200-1500/week$  (low/high season).
